The first new single from Basshunter’s second album is finally out this week. ‘Every Morning’ has notched up an impressive amount of views on youtube in little over a month. The video hosted by his UK label has had over 1.2 million plays, and the vid hosted by his US level has had just under 1 million. The first album was a massive success in the UK, selling over 300,000 albums and over double the amount of singles. He’s been something of a phenomenon in the commercial dance music scene over here, and big things are expected from the follow up album, ‘Bass Generation’. Hopefully it’ll live up to anticipations – it’s always nice to see a Swede backed by a dance beat clubbing at the top of the charts!
