Last night saw the latest development in the gradual transformation of Eric Saade from popstar to superstar! I mean, c’mon – the performance of ‘Masquerade’ below is quite frankly amazing. It’s his most accomplished television performance since ‘Manboy’ at Melodifestivalen. Excellent stage show, great live vocals, complicated choreography, and he looks terrific throughout. This young star has yet to put a foot wrong, and we’re loving every minute of his current dominance of the pure pop scene in Sweden. Both he, and his music deserve it.
He performed both ‘Masquerade’ and ‘Break Of Dawn’ at last night’s Lotta På Liseberg, the last of the season (and Lotta’s last season if rumours in the Swedish press are to be believed – which, normally they aren’t, to be fair!). And you can watch both below.
