About us
www.scandipop.co.uk provides an up to date source for fans, lovers, and friends of Scandinavian pop music. From the lucky few songs and artists who cross over to the charts of the UK, to the many, many hidden gems that can barely grace the top 40 of their own nation, let alone have a hit outside.
scandipop is a source of news, reviews, links, and videos of the latest music from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Iceland, that falls into the genre of music that scandipop loves best – pure, unashamed, catchy, melody driven pop!
And to make the experience all the more satisfying, the music you read about on this website is the same music that you’re going to hear at scandipop‘s very own regular live events in London!
scandipop doesn’t go down the usual music blog route of offering illegal downloads. But with the internet becoming what it has over the last few years, you can read about the music here and obtain it elsewhere quite easily within a matter of minutes. We would always ask that you purchase music legally though, to support the music that all of us love so much..

Hi!
anywayz… check em out at http://www.myspace.com/dynodynodyno
absolutely love your blog!
I really like the artist-interviews! I also think you will love the swedish act DYNO. They are a new favorite of mine and we seem to share the same taste in music
I love Scandipop!!! It has ALL of my favorite singers (and they’re all Scandinavian- the only best singers in the world come from Sweden!) And I love September. People in the US don’t know what good music is- since I live here. And I’m European so I think I know that hip-hop is pretty much nothing to me! So, even if no one here is waiting for new dance and euro music to arrive- remember- I AM!!! I am craving your music!! Thanks soooo much for creating an awesome website like this! Rewards to you!
Thanks again!
Hi everyone! I also love Scandipop. From Nana to Sarah, Elin to Bobbysocks, they’re all FAB. The trouble with the UK music scene – our artists are aged out at 18 and aimed at teenagers. What would we do without Carola?
Keep the hits coming
Jx
