Here’s the tracklisting and the quite frankly amazing artwork for the new Infernal album. It’s called ‘Fall From Grace’ and is released on September 27th. And judging by the title and the cover, it looks like they’ve gone back to their pre-Paris to Berlin roots. The title suggests a step away from the commercial, and that cover – well, it suggests a lot of things! But what we’re seeing most in it is a full force, balls out, celebration of losing it on a dancefloor. We can’t WAIT to hear it!

How brilliant a song title is ‘The Weekend and I’?!
If you haven’t yet heard the lead single, or seen its video – be awestruck at the below!
Infernal are back with a brand new single, ‘Love Is All’. It’s quite the departure from their ‘Electric Cabaret’ album, and if anything, is probably more similar to their ‘From Paris To Berlin’ album, which we guess was to be expected, as the latter was the far more commercial album. But it does still manage to sound quite new for them.
It’s very summery, which does help at this time of year. The music varies a little bit throughout though. Each verse starts off with a minimal electro synth beat, which has more synths added to it as the chorus gets closer. And then of course it all lets rip during the chorus. But the best part is the instrumental part after each chorus – it all goes very 2003/Eurotrance/DJ Sammy. Lovely!
Hmmm, it’s not the catchiest of tunes though. After three listens you’ll probably remember the chorus melody, but that’s about it. We’re hoping that it’s a large grower though, as we’ve been waiting for a new Infernal single for ages!
Infernal are all geared up and ready to release a new album. Paw from the band (that hot piece of man above!) went on the official website and announced that ‘Fall From Grace’ would be their new album, and that they’re hoping for an Autumn release (he was actually oddly specific, and gave a September 27th date). Hmm…it’s an intriguing title isn’t it? Their last album ‘Electric Cabaret’ was a success in their native Denmark, but failed to become a hit anywhere outside of that, even in neighbouring Scandinavian countries (despite it being very good). Perhaps the new album title hints at that – the drop in popularity they experienced after the ‘From Paris To Berlin’ album.
September seems a while away, but first single, ‘Love Is All…’, will be arriving a lot sooner. Paw said that it will be sent to Danish radio, and iTunes in early May. So we should be hearing something in the next couple of weeks. Paw describes it as ”more along the lines of how you typically know us – a good pop song with a tight production to go with it”.
