Anna Sahlene is back! After an almighty break from releasing music, she’s been beavering away in the studio, and today releases the first fruits of her labour upon to iTunes and Spotify.
It’s ‘Jamie’. A mid-tempo ballad. It’s a right rouser – building and building with big drums and big piano. And it’s got Anna herself pouring her heart out via some heavy lyrics that have been written over what’s definitely our favourite part – a beautiful pop melody. We don’t know why she’s been gone for so long, we don’t know what she’s got planned after this, but we do know ‘Jamie’ is a very welcome return from her. More of the same please, Anna.
