Here’s Therese performing her new single on Swedish television at the weekend. ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ is one of our favourite tracks of the summer, as is its b-side, ‘Say It’. Neither of them are getting old for us, and the unique take on dance music they both have is compellingly irresistable.
She headlined the Stockholm Pride festival on Saturday night (a FULL report of all of the pop from the event will follow this week) and we were dazzled as expected! She also performed her next single which (we think) is called ‘Another Minute’. It sounded great live, but we’re looking forward to hearing the studio version. It’s another club belter with massive beats and delicious vocals from the lady herself. The highlight of the show though, was her entrance – where she wore the below outfit to perform ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’!

I’m a 45 yr old clubber since 81. Living in the states, I rarely hear any pop/dance that inspires me. When I do, it’s usually from Sweden. This song is fantastic, bringing the 80′s (the greatest musical era) to today. I love this blog. Thanks for giving this old queen something to keep life interesting!
