Sanna Nielsen, Shirley Clamp and Sonja Alden have clubbed together (minus the dance beat unfortunately) and recorded a ‘Jul’ album – or Christmas album as we call it in the UK. It’s called ‘Our Christmas’, which conjures up delightful image of the three ladies, a warm fire and a roasting. There’s no word yet on whether or not it will feature Shirley Clamp’s amazing recording of ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas’ (which will be played every hour on the hour at the December scandipop club night), but it will definitely include ‘O Holy Night’, ‘Driving Home For Christmas’, and ‘Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas’.
Perhaps the three divas thought it better to unite for the Christmas album rather than go it alone – as this Christmas will also see Jul albums from Amy Diamond and Charlotte Perrelli!
