Swedish bright young thing Nova Delai has this week put out a video for her latest single, ‘Just Love’.
Following on from the fantastic debut ‘Slippering Into Sleep’, and the even better ‘Should I’, new single ‘Just Love’ is another showcase of what’s turning out to be something of a unique sound. Unique largely because of that unmistakable vocal of hers, and also because of her style of writing a chorus. You’ll know what we mean when that chorus hits. And ‘Just Love’ has also mastered the art of the middle eight. It’s a wow moment.
Amanda Mair is getting all of the attention, and deserves every bit of it too. But Nova Delai really should be up there with her in terms of reception by now. She certainly is in terms of quality.
‘Just Love’ is taken from her ‘Take Me With You’ EP, and has been released outside of Sweden too.
