This afternoon, Swedish pop minstrel Ola, finally premiered his brand new single. ‘I’m In Love’ got its first play on Swedish radio station P3.

What with a lot more international record companies banging on his door this time around, expectations are higher than normal for him to deliver a hit so big that it’s – well – international. As a result, he’s been working hard on new music, and with a veritable cacophony of pop talent to come up with the goods.

And now we can finally listen to said goods.

‘I’m In Love’ is the track chosen to be the first single from his forthcoming fourth album. Written by Ola Svensson himself, along with his fellow Swede Shellback (check out THIS for an impressive discography), ‘I’m In Love’ sees Ola take things in an electro laced pop direction. Almost robotic verses, an instantly catchy chorus, and a MASSIVE post-chorus. It’s a one-listen-and-you’re-hooked affair. ‘I’m In Love’ is definitely those aforementioned goods that needed to be delivered.

It’s released on May 7th, but you can have a listen to it below.

Marvellous.

While waiting on the new album, folk from outside of Sweden can pick up his previous albums and singles from our online store here.
