Roxette are releasing another single from their 2011 comeback album ‘Charm School’. And as we’re now in the depths on winter time, they’ve gone for a ballad.
‘No One Makes It On Her Own’ is the chosen cut from the album – a soft and melodious track about loneliness/vulnerability and the love that eradicates it. Bless! It’s one of those gently rousing songs that starts off as a bare piano track and then builds and builds.
The video is actually a fan made video that was created and posted online earlier in the year. But Roxette liked it so much, they’ve decided to use it as the official video for the single release. It’s a simple animated affair that suits the lyrics of the song.
It’s all very nice indeed!
