What’s this? Darin returns with the video for his latest single. This is ‘Identitetslös’.
THAT’s a song title I’ve not seen before! In it, he bemoans a lack of identity, not fitting in, not feeling at home anywhere.
Christ, is he alright? He’s heading out on an arena tour next May, which really not many Swedish artists get to do. So that should cheer him up.
And sound-wise? That’s perhaps another case of his identity crisis. Despite two of the most successful albums of his career, he’s done a u-turn on his sound (for now, anyway), and returned to a more r&b-pop sound. So actually – this does sound like classic Darin!
