Norway last night held its annual Melodi Grand Prix – and they now have the song that will represent them in Kyiv at the Eurovision Song Contest in May.
They went with ‘Grab The Moment’ by JOWST. And in doing so, admirably went with the kind of song that represents them every day if one takes a regular glance at the Norwegian Top 50 on Spotify. Norway loves a laidback kind of dance music – and Norwegian producers seem to love making it. And so with ‘Grab The Moment’, Norway can get up on stage at this year’s Eurovision and confidently claim that this is very much them.
We reckon JOWST should keep the staging from last night’s performance too. Mask and all.
