Molly Sandén has gone and made her successful return to pop music with one of her biggest hits so far. She’s come out with new single ‘Rygg Mot Rygg’, and gone on to clock up almost 4 million Spotify plays in the process. Written by Molly herself, along with Victor Thell, Maria Smith and Kevin Högdahl, it’s the arrival of a new sound and style for her. Slightly more mature, but without compromising on her previous reliability for delivering a knock-out chorus. And obvs she’s gone back to singing in Swedish – for the first time on a release since 2009. Over the weekend she dropped a new version of the single – a piano acoustic version with re-recorded vocals. Check that out below, along with a live performance of the song on Nyhetsmorgon.
