Swedish superstar Tove Lo returned to pop last month with her brand new single ‘Cool Girl’. AND the accompanying epic music vid, which forms part of a short film that she’s made – Fairy Dust, the first chapter of ‘Lady Wood’ (‘Lady Wood’ being the title of her new album), and which will be out soon. The song itself is a downbeat jam with a deep bass and a suitably cool vibe. It’s SO good to hear her back. But what’s it all about?! In her own words: “don’t give away your feelings and you hold the power…? I call bullshit. Lets share some deep real love“. It was written by Tove herself, along with Ludvig Söderberg and Jakob Jerlström. Last night Tove performed the song live on TV for the first time on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, over in the US. Watch the performance, and the music vid, below;
