So yeah there’s this new Finnish electropop artist that’s getting us quite excited for a number of reasons.
1. She describes her sound as “dramatic electro-pop with orchestral elements“.
2. She also says that it’s “futuristic pop with powerful beats and sensual lyrics”
3. She’s been working with some of Loreen’s producers, Julius Duhs and Robin Svensk.
4. And this is the most important one – her debut single ‘Clovers’ is fantastic!
It’s Suvi! And she’s now moved to Stockholm, presumably to make more tunes of this high caliber. ‘Clovers’ is really a lot like she describes it as being above. We would also like to point out and give props however, to the fab chorus contained within. Dreamy, melodious, and very memorable long after the song has ended. As debuts go – this is one that makes us want to ‘like’ her Facebook page so as to be kept updated with whatever comes next.
‘Clovers’ was released a couple of weeks ago – and it’s come out worldwide too, not just in her native Finland (iTunes link below the video).
